About the Position
Tito's Handmade Vodka is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a strong aptitude for sales to become part of our accomplished team. This role will focus on supporting sales order generation, identifying new sales opportunities, orchestrating sales initiatives to boost distributor sales of Tito's products, and providing essential support for sales order solicitation activities. The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in the Tito's Handmade Vodka brand, effectively conveying product knowledge to distributors, retailers, and end consumers by sharing the Tito's narrative and highlighting the product's advantages to drive sales orders.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales programs designed to increase sales orders for Tito's products directed to the distributor and ultimately to Tito's. This includes liaising with third-party demo agencies, managing product display sales initiatives, and executing sampling events and cocktail demonstrations for retail establishments, both on- and off-premise.
- Implement local sales solicitation strategies and capitalize on opportunities to drive sales orders to the distributor and ultimately to Tito's.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with the distributor's retail clientele, including current purchasers of Tito's products and potential future customers.
- Undertake any other necessary activities to bolster sales solicitation efforts within the region.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of retail sales experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Thorough understanding of Federal and State regulations governing the sale of alcoholic beverages.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, energy, and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent sales and communication abilities.
- Physical capacity to perform all essential job functions.
- Possession of a valid US Driver's License, a clean driving record, and access to a dependable vehicle for work-related travel.
- Legal authorization to work in the USA.
