Role overview

IRIS Software Group is hiring a Sales Development Executive for its Manchester team. The role suits someone with high energy, a strong results focus, and a genuine interest in creating business opportunities in a fast-moving, target-led sales setting.

What you will do

  • Proactively contact prospective customers and present the company’s solutions to generate new business.
  • Spot opportunities to increase revenue through cross-sell and upsell activity.
  • Partner with marketing and sales colleagues to build call plans and outreach initiatives.
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries, offer informed product guidance, and move deals through to close.
  • Work toward and exceed targets while steadily developing a healthy sales pipeline.

What the employer is seeking

  • Experience in full-cycle sales, from lead generation through to closing.
  • Previous 360 sales exposure in either B2C or B2B environments.
  • Strong communication abilities, with confidence in persuasion and negotiation.
  • A self-driven, energetic approach with comfort working to targets.
  • Team-oriented behaviour and the ability to perform well in a dynamic sales team.

Working location

This is an office-based position in Manchester, with a Monday to Friday schedule.
