Iblix Digital is a digital marketing agency focused on marketing solutions and video advertising. The team builds a strong, consistent brand presence across platforms with the goal of improving conversions, with a key emphasis on high-performing Meta Ads and UGC content.
Role Summary
This position is centered on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. The role contributes directly to monthly revenue by creating a dependable pipeline, following up systematically, and turning prospects into long-term clients.
Location
Kolkata metropolitan area, West Bengal, India — Newtown, Ecospace, Kolkata.
Joining Time
The selected candidate is expected to start immediately.
Compensation
Salary offered is INR 18,000 to 23,000 per month, along with incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and connect with suitable prospects through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Upwork, referrals, cold databases, and other relevant outreach channels.
- Run focused outreach efforts to create fresh business opportunities.
- Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline through ongoing prospecting.
- Keep all sales records current and accurate in the CRM system.
- Monitor lead stages, plan follow-ups, and make sure opportunities are not missed.
- Maintain clean and updated CRM entries with proper documentation.
- Work closely with delivery and account management teams to support smooth client onboarding.
- Hand over complete project details and client expectations to the execution team for a seamless sales-to-service transition.
- Meet weekly and monthly revenue goals through disciplined sales activity.
- Support business growth by following a repeatable and scalable sales process.
Daily Performance Expectations
- Complete 60 to 80 outbound outreach actions each day across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
- Produce 8 to 12 qualified conversations daily.
- Stay consistent with follow-ups for all warm and active prospects.
- End each working day with no pending CRM updates.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confidence in handling objections and negotiating effectively.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing offerings such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and UGC Content Marketing.
- Background in lead research, prospect targeting, and outreach planning.
- Ability to structure basic proposals and sales pitches.
- Comfort using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.
- Prior hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation is mandatory.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Preference will be given to candidates from digital marketing agencies, advertising agencies, or other service-based businesses.
