Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position in Accra. The role covers the complete sales process, including identifying prospects, screening leads, arranging and carrying out property tours, and converting opportunities into completed sales. The position also requires maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, preparing and showcasing property listings, and staying in regular contact with prospective buyers and sellers.
Key Duties
You will work closely with internal teams to keep property listings current, collect accurate property details, and ensure all records are properly documented. In addition, you will keep track of market activity, stay informed about local areas and pricing, and share timely updates, feedback, and progress reports with management.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in selling, negotiating, and closing deals, with a history of achieving or surpassing targets.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building skills for working with a wide range of clients.
- Working knowledge of real estate processes, local market conditions, and basic contract concepts, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Well-developed planning and time-management abilities to handle several leads and priorities at once.
- Comfort using CRM platforms, email, and common office applications to manage leads, listings, and client communications.
- Willingness to work on-site in Accra, carry out property visits, and operate in a field-based, client-facing environment.
- Professional conduct, integrity, and a strong service mindset.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a similar discipline is preferred; prior experience in sales or real estate is helpful but not mandatory for self-driven candidates eager to learn.
