Job Overview
The Sales Executive role focuses on driving revenue by nurturing existing customer relationships, building new business connections, and helping achieve agreed sales goals. This position also involves negotiating pricing, monitoring service quality, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with current clients through regular visits, business reviews, and ongoing follow-up.
- Assess prospective customers, identify partnership opportunities, and actively contribute to sales expansion.
- Visit customers to understand their product and service needs, review pending orders, and resolve delivery or account-related concerns.
- Negotiate pricing and payment arrangements within approved authority, and document outcomes and closed deals.
- Share updates on products, services, launches, and any changes that may affect customers.
- Keep customer records, account details, and CRM information accurate and current.
- Work with the Direct Manager to review payment facilities and recommend credit limits based on payment history and ordering patterns.
- Address customer complaints in a professional manner, implement corrective actions, and communicate resolutions to the relevant teams.
- Carry out market visits, prepare competitor insights, and suggest ways to improve sales and market presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams on new product and service launches and stay aligned with ongoing changes.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support campaigns, monitor sales results, and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 0 to 3 years of professional experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous exposure to the software industry or the Apple ecosystem will be an advantage.
- Strong confidence and a polished, professional presence.
