Role Overview

Luxe Events & Exhibitions is looking for a driven Sales Executive to help expand the business by uncovering new opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and winning projects in events, exhibitions, activations, and experiential solutions. This role suits someone who is commercially minded, communicates well, and can manage the full sales journey from first contact to project transfer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and pursue new business leads in relevant sectors and markets.
  • Create leads through networking, direct outreach by phone and email, referrals, and market analysis.
  • Develop and preserve strong, long-term relationships with clients and important stakeholders.
  • Meet clients, showcase company services, and clarify project needs.
  • Work with internal teams to draft proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
  • Track submitted proposals and assist with negotiation and deal closure.
  • Keep well-organized records of prospects, opportunities, and sales-related actions.
  • Watch industry movement, competitor activity, and broader market trends.
  • Act as a representative of the company at exhibitions, networking functions, and industry events.
  • Meet monthly and yearly sales goals while supporting overall business growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a similar discipline is required.
  • Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, events, exhibitions, or a comparable field.
  • Experience in the events and exhibitions sector will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities are essential.
  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships and converting opportunities into business is expected.
  • English fluency is required, and Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
  • A valid driving license is preferred.
