Job description

About the role and team

This position is a hands-on, field-based leadership role focused on strengthening sales capability through live coaching and consistent execution. Most of the day is spent alongside Cast Members in active sales settings, where you will observe guest interactions, give immediate feedback, and reinforce behaviors that improve results.

This is not a desk-centered management role. Strong performance depends on being visible in the field, coaching in the moment, and helping every Cast Member deliver a guest-first sales experience that reflects the Disney Difference. You will report to the Sales Director.

This is a full-time, fully onsite position.

What you will do

  • Watch live guest interactions and provide prompt, behavior-focused coaching.
  • Work side by side with Cast Members to strengthen sales behaviors that support conversion and guest experience.
  • Run role plays and practice sessions tailored to skill-building and confidence.
  • Revisit earlier coaching discussions to confirm progress, accountability, and sustained improvement.
  • Promote consistent use of the company’s sales process, standards, and expectations.
  • Support consultative selling habits across the team.
  • Help Cast Members create personalized, relationship-based guest interactions built on discovery, storytelling, and trust.
  • Spot execution gaps and take action to improve quality and consistency on the sales floor.
  • Spend most of your time in parks and resort locations with Cast Members.
  • Participate directly in day-to-day sales activity to guide performance in real time.
  • Earn trust and credibility through visibility, presence, and hands-on support.
  • Act as a coach and resource during live selling situations.
  • Address performance issues quickly and directly.
  • Hold Cast Members accountable for using coaching feedback and meeting expectations.
  • Lead performance conversations based on observed behaviors, business impact, and clear next steps.
  • Help team members improve through steady feedback and follow-through.
  • Implement structured development plans, including onboarding support and performance improvement actions.
  • Partner with Sales Development and leadership teams so training is applied effectively in the field.
  • Track progress and reinforce critical behaviors that speed development and close gaps.
  • Build trusted relationships that encourage openness to coaching.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Recognize progress and positive behavior.
  • Encourage ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications and skills

  • A valid Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License that is in good standing.
  • Prior success in a quota-driven or performance-based sales environment.
  • Availability to work any day of the week, including holidays, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others in a live, performance-oriented setting.
  • A strong on-the-floor leadership presence with a practical, engaged approach.
  • Comfort giving direct feedback and holding others accountable for outcomes.
  • Experience in a high-volume, guest-facing sales environment.
  • Proven individual sales success before moving into leadership.
  • Ability to sustain consistency and execution of established sales processes.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or sales leadership in a high-volume setting.
  • Background in coaching, mentoring, or supporting development in a sales environment.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Leadership, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
