The group also operates an asset management business that provides private debt and venture capital funds. This opening is with Centrum Housing Finance Limited.
Role Overview
This is a field and branch-based sales role for a fresher, focused on home loan and mortgage loan sourcing, customer engagement, and end-to-end support in the application and documentation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring in business through DSA and DST channels by working the open market.
- Support customers in obtaining home loans and help them complete the required documentation.
- Make sure the mortgage and loan paperwork is completed correctly and without errors.
- Source directly from prospective customers and build a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work toward monthly targets and contribute to the branch’s overall achievement.
- Address customer questions at the branch and keep complaint levels at zero.
- Coordinate with the credit team so that customer-side requirements are resolved quickly.
- Reach out to potential customers proactively through calls and visits, offering suitable mortgage solutions such as home loans and loans against property.
