Key Duties
- Provide a standout experience for prospects, members, and guests, using each interaction to support both sales and retention.
- Increase membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and additional spend through food and beverage, retail, and fitness products.
- Turn enquiries into memberships by handling objections confidently, selling to customer needs, and following up effectively.
- Help keep members engaged by building relationships, spotting members who may be at risk of leaving, and suggesting products or services that improve their results and experience.
