This six-month, full-time internship is based in the office at Times Internet’s Sector 16A, Film City, Noida location. The role is designed for candidates interested in sales and business development and offers hands-on exposure to prospecting, lead management, client communication, and sales support in a fast-paced digital products environment.

Role overview

The intern will support the sales team by researching prospects, building lead databases, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with outreach and follow-ups. The work also includes preparing sales materials, supporting meetings and presentations, and contributing market insights to help business development efforts.

Key responsibilities

  • Research potential customers and identify promising business opportunities.
  • Create, organize, and keep an updated database of qualified leads.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and professional networking channels.
  • Arrange meetings and conduct timely follow-ups to help move leads forward.
  • Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
  • Monitor sales activity, lead progress, and follow-up tasks.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
  • Provide support to the sales team during client discussions and business presentations.
  • Study market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
  • Compile reports and insights that support sales planning and business development strategy.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship. They should be able to start between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, commit to the full 6-month duration, and be based in Noida. Relevant skills and a genuine interest in the field are required.

Requirements

  • Candidates pursuing or recently completing a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Good communication, research, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Self-driven attitude with an interest in sales and business development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Must have a personal laptop.

Compensation

The internship offers a stipend of INR 10,000 per month.
