Job Summary
In this role, you will sell iHorizons’ staff augmentation and resource outsourcing services to both new and existing clients across multiple industries, while taking ownership of the full sales process. You will also manage newly acquired accounts and work in close coordination with Recruitment, Sales Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure resources are placed successfully and client relationships remain strong over time.

This position reports directly to the Sales Director.
Job Objectives
- Identify prospects, turn leads into opportunities, and close deals for staff augmentation and resource outsourcing services.
- Promote contract staffing, contract-to-hire, and dedicated resource solutions to mid-sized and large organizations while meeting assigned sales goals.
- Expand and retain accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of additional resources.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete staffing sales cycle from prospecting through closure.
- Find new business opportunities for workforce outsourcing through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research.
- Advise clients on workforce planning, staffing approaches, and talent availability.
- Assess customer business requirements, timelines, project needs, and skill shortages to recommend the right staffing solution.
- Partner with Recruitment and Delivery teams to align on candidate supply, feasibility, timing, and pricing.
- Manage staffing proposals, rate cards, MSAs, SOWs, and bid submissions with Sales Operations support.
- Share market intelligence, client insights, competitor updates, and staffing demand trends with senior leadership.
- Lead negotiations and close smaller and mid-sized staffing deals independently.
- Support leadership in closing larger strategic staffing contracts.
- Deliver revenue targets by bringing in new customers and growing existing staffing accounts.
- Sell the full portfolio of staff augmentation and resource outsourcing services assigned to the role.
- Close deals at acceptable gross margins and in line with pricing strategy.
- Serve as the main contact for all staff augmentation activity for assigned accounts.
- Track client workforce plans, hiring patterns, and project pipelines through regular account reviews.
- Support staffing requirement intake, resource onboarding, ongoing engagement, and renewals.
- Coordinate with Delivery and Recruitment teams to monitor resource performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Stay involved from onboarding through contract completion or renewal to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Grow accounts by increasing staffing coverage across skills, teams, and engagement models.
- Keep staffing forecasts accurate and suggest new services based on customer needs.
- Create account development plans that cover needs, risks, opportunities, and growth potential.
- Spot and pursue staffing opportunities within current accounts.
- Increase revenue through extra resources, extended contracts, and additional skill sets.
- Promote new staffing models and services as they are introduced.
- Build client confidence by sharing market trends, talent availability, and workforce optimization ideas.
- Prepare business, technical, and commercial updates related to staffing solutions.
- Help maintain customer records, contracts, proposals, and staffing documents with Sales Operations.
- Support contract renewals, extensions, and amendments.
- Work to retain existing staffing clients and reduce churn.
- Follow up on invoices and assist with payment collection for staffing engagements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of active and past contracts, pricing models, and service offerings.
- Use the CRM system to record sales activities, staffing pipelines, and account updates.
- Produce regular sales, forecast, and pipeline reports for management.
- Provide on-demand analysis of staffing demand, revenue, and account performance.
- Visit key customers regularly to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Build effective relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Procurement, and business leaders.
- Maintain relationships with operational and technical stakeholders involved in staffing decisions.
- Coordinate with Marketing on staffing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Take part in industry events, job fairs, and networking forums to promote staffing services and generate leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Ongoing learning in Sales, Staffing, or Workforce Solutions is preferred.
- At least 10 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in IT staff augmentation or resource outsourcing sales.
- Demonstrated success selling contract staffing, dedicated resources, and contract-to-hire models.
- Experience working with enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Prior sales exposure in Qatar or the wider GCC / Middle East region.
- Practical experience using CRM software.
- Solid grasp of IT staffing and talent market dynamics.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation capabilities.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through staffing solutions.
- Client-centric mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Self-driven, competitive, and focused on results.
- Good understanding of staffing commercials, pricing, and margin control.
