About the Role
We are hiring an experienced and driven Sales Team Lead to support a fast-moving food delivery business in Dubai. In this position, you will guide a team of sales representatives, help them stay on track against targets, and contribute to the growth of the business across your assigned cities.

What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and encourage a sales team so both individual and team goals are achieved.
- Run regular team huddles to share updates, exchange best practices, and resolve blockers.
- Create and deliver training that improves sales capability and product understanding.
- Provide continuous support and feedback to help team members grow and perform better.
- Work with your line manager to shape and execute sales strategies and plans.
- Own the development and rollout of sales initiatives across your cities to improve overall results.
- Define clear sales goals and KPIs that align with broader business objectives.
- Manage the sales pipeline to keep opportunities moving and maintain strong sales velocity.
- Monitor team activity and help representatives handle their pipelines effectively.
- Support deal closures and partner contract negotiations when needed.
- Review team performance data, spot improvement areas, and identify what is working well.
- Make sure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales and commercial targets.
- Use data-backed insights to refine sales strategies and strengthen outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- A BSc/BA in business or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in sales and negotiation, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Prior success in a sales leadership position, preferably in food delivery or hospitality.
- A strong track record of hitting and surpassing sales goals.
- Experience in the UAE F&B sector is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence using CRM platforms and other sales productivity tools.
- Good analytical thinking, strategic planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- A results-focused mindset with the drive to go beyond targets.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort managing several priorities at once.
- Genuine interest in the food delivery space and awareness of market developments.
