Sanitation Operator

About the Role

Krispy Kreme is looking for a Sanitation Operator to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and team members at its Fridley location. The role focuses on keeping the store, surrounding exterior areas, and customer spaces spotless so the shop always feels inviting.

Key Duties

• Clean both the interior and exterior areas of the store on a regular basis.
• Sweep all designated spaces inside and outside the location.
• Mop the required areas within the store.
• Wash windows and spray down the parking lot as needed.
• Sanitize, stock, and maintain the restrooms.
• Ensure customer seating and tables stay clean and disinfected.
• Keep stockroom supplies organized and orderly.

Requirements

• No prior work experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills are expected.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Working Conditions

• This job may require lifting and moving objects with up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
