About the Role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a dedicated SAP Administrator to join their team in Telford, England. This role is crucial for managing inventory and ensuring efficient material flow within the company. You will be responsible for generating vital information related to inventory management, analyzing consumption data, and optimizing stock levels to support purchasing and overall operational planning.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage inventory levels for a diverse range of items and material volumes.
  • Utilize consumption data, current stock levels, and planned activities to generate essential operational information.
  • Conduct analyses of material turnover rates to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Enhance the planning of procurement and stock management strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data within the SAP system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory management with production and sales forecasts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP inventory modules.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SAP Administrator or in a similar inventory management role.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules, particularly those related to inventory and materials management (e.g., MM).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
