Role Overview
Stealth Solutions, Inc. is looking for a proactive Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives and broader enterprise modernization work serving public sector clients. This role is centered on helping technical teams stay organized, remove blockers, and consistently produce reliable increments of work.
This position uses a hybrid work setup. Candidates should live in the DMV region so they can attend occasional onsite meetings with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead core Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams in Agile practices and help ensure their approach stays aligned with the client’s delivery model.
- Monitor delivery progress with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable platforms.
- Spot risks, dependencies, and blockers early, then suggest practical ways to reduce impact.
- Work closely with Product Owners to keep the backlog organized, current, and prioritized.
- Improve visibility with dashboards, burn-down charts, and regular status updates.
- Coordinate across developers, architects, business analysts, and QA members to keep execution aligned.
- Confirm sprint outputs satisfy acceptance criteria and contract obligations.
- Encourage continuous improvement and help maintain a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
- Candidates must be able to qualify for a federal security clearance.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Background supporting technical delivery teams is necessary.
- Working knowledge of Agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe is expected.
- Strong communication abilities and conflict-resolution skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM, or cloud modernization work would be an advantage.
- Prior exposure to federal or public sector programs is beneficial.
