Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are hiring a seasoned Scrum Master to drive Agile execution for data-focused initiatives. In this position, you will act as a servant leader for cross-functional teams, clear delivery obstacles, and help ensure analytics programs are delivered effectively to support business decisions.

You should bring a solid command of Agile practices, a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders, and practical experience partnering with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to deliver analytics solutions that can scale.

Must Have

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Experience in Wealth Management is required.
• At least 8 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and broader Agile methods.
• Hands-on exposure to Data Analytics or Business Intelligence initiatives.
• Comfort using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of data flows, reporting procedures, and the analytics delivery cycle.
• Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Capable of handling several priorities in a high-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or a similar Agile credential is preferred.
• Exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable analytics tools is an advantage.
