About the Role
ArchiWise is an AI-powered decision-making platform built for the real-estate pre-development stage. It helps developers, brokers, and architects evaluate whether a project is worth moving forward with by answering key questions such as where to build, what can be developed, whether the numbers work, and whether approvals are likely. The product is already live, generating revenue, and being used by teams including CBRE and Habitat for Humanity LA.
The company is looking to add its first dedicated sales representative to help establish the top of the funnel. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for prospects and play an important role in the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound outreach to real-estate developers, brokers, architects, and acquisition teams.
- Set up qualified meetings and deliver live product demonstrations that quickly communicate the platform’s value.
- Own the full sales pipeline, including follow-ups and ongoing lead management.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to sharpen the sales pitch and support deal closure.
- Share insights from customer conversations with the wider team to help improve the sales approach.
Required Experience and Skills
- Background in SaaS sales, including prospecting, qualification, and carrying a quota or target.
- Strong demoing ability with the judgment to adapt the presentation based on the prospect’s needs.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where sales processes are still being defined.
Preferred Background
- Experience in proptech or real estate-related fields such as development, brokerage, entitlements, or similar areas.
- An existing network among developers or brokers.
- Willingness to attend and represent the company at industry events.
Compensation
The role offers a CA$36,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Earnings increase with bookings and closed deals. This is an early, high-impact opportunity with strong potential to grow into a senior sales position as the company expands.
