Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer position at SHREE CEMENT LTD (RAS), Beawar. The role is centered on protecting the facility by controlling access, patrolling the premises, spotting risks early, and responding to incidents in line with company procedures.

Key Duties

• Watch over gates and other access points to ensure entry and exit are properly controlled.
• Check identity documents and permit only approved people and vehicles to enter the site.
• Carry out regular patrols and inspect sensitive or restricted areas.
• Detect unusual behavior, safety concerns, or security incidents and escalate them promptly.
• Maintain security registers, logs, and incident records accurately.
• Assist in applying company security rules and operating procedures.
• Work with internal departments and outside agencies during emergencies.
• Support crowd management and traffic regulation within the plant area.
• Help organize and participate in emergency preparedness and evacuation drills.

Requirements

• Prior experience in security, industrial security, or related protective services is required, preferably in a manufacturing plant or large industrial setup.
• Working knowledge of access control, visitor handling, and patrol routines is important, along with the ability to identify and report risks quickly.
• Comfort with CCTV monitoring, basic security tools, and incident documentation, supported by clear spoken and written communication.
• Ability to stay composed in stressful situations and follow security and safety rules without deviation.
• Good physical condition is needed for patrolling large premises and handling long periods of standing or walking.
• High standards of honesty, dependability, discipline, and respect for confidentiality and company policies are essential.
• At least a secondary school level education is needed; security training, certifications, or experience in disciplined forces will be considered an advantage.
• Must be prepared to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, depending on site requirements.
