About the team
The Trendyol Operations team focuses on improving systems, increasing efficiency, and using technology to create smooth e-commerce experiences. The team works across functions with different business units and delivers results through data, speed, teamwork, ownership, and inclusion. As the company expands into new markets, the team aims to build strong processes and scale operational excellence.
Role overview
In this position, you will manage the full operational relationship with sellers and partners to help make sure every order reaches customers on time. You will act as the link between sellers and internal teams, support product procurement, deliver on-site training for seller operations, and help raise service quality. The role also involves tracking On Time In Full (OTIF) performance and leading improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with sellers to ensure customer orders are delivered within the required timeframe.
- Partner with sellers and internal teams to support product procurement activities.
- Maintain clear communication with sellers and coordinate operational workflows end to end.
- Visit seller sites and provide training on operational procedures.
- Prepare reports and track operational quality indicators, including OTIF order management.
- Monitor seller operation quality issues, follow up on improvement actions, and lead related projects.
- Help design and implement operational processes for new countries and markets.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded university.
- At least 3 years of experience in supplier management or a closely related area.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A critical mindset with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate well with others and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
