Job description
About the Company
TP-Link Systems Inc. is a US-based global technology company focused on dependable networking equipment and smart home solutions. It is widely recognized as a leading provider of Wi‑Fi devices and serves customers in more than 170 countries. The company emphasizes innovation, quality, and simplicity in products designed to improve everyday life through better connectivity.
About the Role
This position is for a Senior Graphic Designer who can contribute across brand, digital, packaging, and retail materials. Reporting to the Design Lead, the role is highly conceptual and calls for someone who can develop several creative directions, explain the reasoning behind design choices, and help shape work before it is finalized.
The environment is fast-paced and varied, with shifting priorities and compressed timelines. Success in this role depends on strong design judgment, care for detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems before they are raised.
Key Responsibilities
- Create design work across brand, digital, packaging, and retail or in-store applications, sometimes all within the same week.
- Develop multiple creative concepts for a brief and present each direction with a clear explanation of the thinking behind it.
- Work closely with the Design Lead to refine ideas and strengthen them before final delivery.
- Keep typography, layout, and overall visual style consistent across different formats and channels.
- Switch between projects efficiently while maintaining quality and precision.
- Incorporate feedback quickly, including same-day revisions when needed.
- Identify problems and opportunities early, and bring practical solutions rather than only raising questions.
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with exposure to brand, digital, and packaging work.
- Strong conceptual ability, with the capacity to produce multiple solid ideas instead of only refining existing ones.
- Excellent sense of typography and layout, along with careful attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- A self-starting mindset that anticipates needs instead of waiting for instructions.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving setting, changing priorities often, and working through ambiguity.
- Preferred: experience presenting concepts directly to creative leaders or clients.
- Preferred: familiarity with production considerations for digital, packaging, or retail materials.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Third-party agency inquiries are not being accepted.
Benefits
- Salary range of $95,000 to $115,000.
- Free snacks and beverages.
- Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, with partial coverage for dependents.
- 401(k) contributions.
- Performance reviews twice a year and annual salary increases.
- Wellness support, including a complimentary gym membership.
- Quarterly team-building activities.
Equal Opportunity
The company is committed to an inclusive workplace and provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees. Hiring and workplace decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other legally protected characteristic. A respectful, supportive, and growth-focused environment is prioritized for everyone.
