What you will do

  • Drive interior design projects from the initial concept stage through to final delivery and construction.
  • Lead, support and mentor members of the interior design team.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with consultants and other project stakeholders to keep work aligned.
  • Present design ideas and help steer the overall design direction of each project.
  • Collaborate with the Directors on business expansion, studio processes and project planning.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of design quality across several active projects.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will bring substantial interior design experience, with a strong background in premium residential work. Experience in other sectors such as multi-residential, hospitality, workplace or mixed-use is also valued.

  • At least 8 years of experience in interior design.
  • Essential experience in high-end residential projects.
  • Exposure to one or more additional sectors such as multi-residential, hospitality, workplace or mixed-use.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor an interior design team.
  • Strong capability in design development, documentation and project delivery.
  • Confident client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Revit proficiency is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive and commercially aware mindset.

Why this role stands out

  • Clear career path to Associate and Director level.
  • Direct exposure to experienced Directors.
  • Opportunity to lead and expand your own team.
  • Chance to influence the future direction of the practice.
  • Varied project portfolio covering residential and other design sectors.
  • Supportive studio environment with a collaborative culture.
  • Long-term growth potential in a business that is continuing to expand.
  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience.
