Senior Java Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, practical Senior Java Developer who has deep hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot and prior exposure to Alicloud (Alibaba Cloud). In this role, you will build, enhance, and support scalable backend systems and APIs within a cloud-native setup.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and release reliable backend services and applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Create and maintain REST APIs and microservice-based solutions.
• Collaborate with UI, business, and QA teams to deliver complete end-to-end outcomes.
• Develop and run applications on Alicloud, with a focus on scalability and high availability.
• Review code, investigate defects, and improve application performance.
• Take part in requirement reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.
• Follow coding standards, engineering best practices, and security expectations.
• Assist with CI/CD setup and deployment workflows.
• Diagnose production problems and resolve them quickly.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience with Core Java and Java 8 or later.
• Solid working knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Exposure to Alicloud services such as ECS, RDS, OSS, or similar cloud platforms.
• Working understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methods.
• Comfortable using Git for version control.
