Overview
This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization that will handle the application review and subsequent hiring stages. The role is for a Senior Manager, Global QA Operations, based in Germany.
In this senior position, you will sit at the center of worldwide quality assurance operations and help ensure that delivery standards remain consistent across international teams, studios, and client portfolios. The role connects QA leadership, site operations, and client-facing teams, bringing order and momentum to complex multi-site environments. A major part of the job is to improve visibility into quality performance, strengthen KPI structures, and maintain dependable reporting that supports operational excellence and client trust. You will also contribute to continuous improvement work and support the adoption of AI-enabled quality solutions. By partnering with global stakeholders, you will help resolve delivery issues and keep execution aligned across regions.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide support and leadership for global QA operations spanning multiple regions, sites, and client accounts.
- Improve QA reporting systems, KPI monitoring, calibration routines, and performance analysis.
- Work closely with QA Managers, Project Managers, and Site Leaders to align priorities and ensure initiatives are carried through.
- Track quality patterns, spot recurring problems, and lead actions that improve outcomes over time.
- Handle client-facing QA work such as status updates, business reviews, and resolution of issues.
- Assist with escalation management and help secure prompt closure of operational concerns.
- Support new launches, transitions, and service expansion efforts from a QA perspective.
- Contribute to AI-based QA initiatives, automation efforts, and adoption of quality technology.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in QA operations, QA delivery, QA programme management, or QA leadership.
- Experience working in complex environments with multiple teams, sites, clients, or global operations.
- Strong stakeholder management capability, including the ability to influence partners without formal authority.
- Experience communicating with clients, including reporting and performance-related discussions.
- Good understanding of QA KPIs, reporting structures, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods.
- Ability to read QA data and turn it into practical operational actions and insights.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or quality technology tools would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable operating across global time zones and fast-moving environments.
