Strong organization and project management capabilities are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a high-paced entrepreneurial environment. The role also calls for comfort with modern tools, including AI-enabled workflows, and the ability to manage both executive support and broader operational leadership tasks.
Compensation and Working Hours
The offered compensation ranges from $40,000 to $70,000 per year. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with flexibility noted.
