Job description
About Weflow
Weflow offers a Revenue AI platform that streamlines Salesforce data entry and gives teams clear insight into deal, pipeline, and forecast health. More than 300 fast-growing companies, including Retool, BenchSci, and IDnow, rely on the product to boost productivity, sales execution, and revenue accuracy. The company is supported by Gradient Ventures, Cherry Ventures, Eurazeo, and experienced angel investors, and is led by repeat founders Janis Zech and Philipp Stelzer.
What you will do
- Take full ownership of a product area, from shaping the vision and setting priorities through discovery, build, and launch.
- Work directly with revenue teams to understand how sales reps and RevOps professionals use Salesforce, then turn complex workflows into product direction.
- Help define AI-driven experiences by deciding how the product should capture, summarize, and present data, and where AI meaningfully helps versus creates noise.
- Convert insights into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for design and engineering teams.
- Coordinate day-to-day with engineering, design, and go-to-market stakeholders to deliver on schedule.
- Set success metrics, monitor adoption and product performance, and refine the roadmap using data.
What the role requires
- At least 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in technical or data-intensive products.
- Either early-career candidates with strong potential or experienced senior product managers who prefer to remain deeply hands-on are welcome.
- Strong user empathy and an ability to uncover real workflow problems by speaking with customers.
- Comfort working with data and AI concepts, including evaluating feature behavior and using metrics to guide decisions.
- Solid prioritization skills and the ability to focus on the highest-impact work while balancing speed and quality.
- Clear, effective communication that keeps engineering, design, and go-to-market teams aligned even when requirements are uncertain.
- A strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes in a fast-moving remote environment.
- Helpful but not mandatory: experience with Salesforce, RevOps, or sales processes.
Benefits
- Collaborate closely with the founders on a product that already shows strong market fit and momentum.
- Enjoy a fully remote setup, complemented by regular in-person meetups.
- Own substantial parts of the roadmap and product quality.
- Receive competitive pay plus equity.
- Get access to high-end equipment.
- Grow your career quickly in a fast-scaling environment.
Additional information
This opportunity is open to both high-potential candidates at the earlier stages of their careers and seasoned professionals who want to stay close to execution and product details. Compensation depends on experience level and location.
