About the role

This position is for a seasoned Senior Program Manager who can direct multiple initiatives and projects across the business. The role calls for someone who can keep large programs aligned with company priorities, manage resources efficiently, and translate strategic goals into clear, measurable outcomes.

The role is based in the United Arab Emirates, with hybrid and remote working options available. Employment can be full-time or part-time.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering several projects as part of a wider program portfolio.
  • Create program plans, including strategy, milestones, schedules, budgets, and governance structures.
  • Make sure each program stays connected to wider business objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Track and manage risks, dependencies, open issues, and change-related activities throughout delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep initiatives moving toward key milestones.
  • Review program progress and share clear status updates with senior leadership.
  • Manage resource planning, budget control, and financial reporting for assigned programs.
  • Set up and maintain effective governance, controls, and documentation practices.
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and overall program management methods.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Coach project managers and contribute to team growth and capability building.
  • Support transformation, innovation, and strategic growth efforts across the organization.

  • A master’s degree is considered an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience managing large programs and strategic initiatives is expected.
  • Professional credentials such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Scrum, or similar are strongly preferred.
  • Background in leading teams spread across functions and locations is important.
  • Knowledge of program governance, risk oversight, and project delivery frameworks is needed.
  • Ability to use program and project tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or comparable platforms is required.
