Job description
Role Overview
Taktile helps financial institutions evolve into AI-first organizations. The company is expanding quickly with enterprise clients across banking and insurance, and this opening is for a Senior Recruiter who will represent Taktile to future team members. The role centers on finding, engaging, and guiding candidates through the hiring process to bring in exceptional talent that supports the company’s growth and scale.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to help shape the organization from the inside. Taktile is seeking a recruiting professional with strong judgment for talent, proven sourcing ability, and comfort working in the competitive, fast-moving AI space.
The position is based in the London office, with an expectation of working in person at least three days each week because the company values close collaboration and relationship-building in recruiting.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for a set of GTM roles, starting with role definition alongside hiring managers and continuing through offer acceptance, while balancing speed, quality, and candidate care.
- Create and run sourcing plans tailored to each role, combining LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-supported tools, and thoughtful outreach to connect with both active job seekers and passive prospects.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by helping define role expectations, challenging weak assumptions, and keeping searches moving when business priorities change.
- Provide a strong candidate journey through timely communication, clear feedback, and a process that reflects Taktile’s standards even under tight timelines.
- Use data to inform hiring decisions by monitoring funnel health, identifying where candidates drop out, and sharing actionable updates on hiring progress.
- Work as a senior talent partner to business leaders, understand their staffing needs deeply, and build recruiting approaches that support headcount goals.
- Improve the hiring process itself by refining assessment frameworks, strengthening structured interviewing, and introducing ideas that keep Taktile competitive in a difficult talent market.
- Support employer branding and talent marketing through events, content, and community engagement so that candidates recognize and want to join Taktile.
- Partner with People Operations on post-offer transitions, including onboarding coordination, relocation support, and visa assistance where required.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of practical experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth startups or similarly dynamic environments.
- Strong background in hiring across GTM teams, such as Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Marketing roles.
- Demonstrated experience working with leaders throughout the hiring process as a trusted recruiting advisor.
- Regular use of AI tools within recruiting workflows for tasks such as sourcing, personalized outreach, candidate research, or pipeline management.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Google Suite to keep recruitment operations efficient for both active and passive candidates.
- Ability to source candidates across levels, from early-career graduates through senior professionals.
- Strong interviewing skills, especially in behavioral and competency-based interviews, with the ability to evaluate capability, culture alignment, and future potential.
- Experience handling both high-volume recruitment and specialized searches for hard-to-fill positions.
- Comfort with recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness, and the ability to use those insights to improve hiring outcomes.
Preferred Background
- Previous recruiting experience in B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with Ashby.
Offer and Work Environment
- The role offers the chance to make a visible impact by helping build a fast-growing company and open new opportunities.
- Compensation includes a competitive salary plus equity as part of the total package; final pay will depend on experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
- Benefits are market-led and competitive, including a self-development budget for conferences, books, or classes.
- The company works onsite in inspiring office locations in Berlin, New York City, or London.
- The organization has a flat structure, giving direct access to founding team members and space to contribute ideas.
- Team members learn from experienced mentors, including founders from Looker, GitHub, MuleSoft, Datadog, and UiPath.
- This is an early but important growth stage, offering real ownership and the opportunity to help drive business results.
Hiring Principles
- Taktile welcomes strong candidates even if they do not meet every listed requirement and values people who add to the culture rather than simply match it.
- The company is committed to addressing racism, sexism, ableism, and ageism, and supports all gender identities and expressions as well as love in all forms.
- Applicants are not required to disclose identity details or experiences of discrimination, though they are welcome to share their story if they choose.

Employment and Privacy Information
Taktile uses regional legal entities across its global operations. Depending on the location of the role, employment or engagement may be through Taktile LLC in the US, Taktile GmbH in Germany, Taktile Ltd in the UK, or Taktile SRL in Romania; the applicable entity will be confirmed during the offer stage.
During the application process, Taktile acts as the controller of the personal data submitted by applicants. This may include your name, contact details, CV or resume, work history, education, and any other information you provide or that is collected from public sources or references.
The company uses applicant data to assess candidacy, communicate during recruitment, meet legal requirements such as right-to-work checks, and—if consent is provided—consider candidates for future opportunities.
For EU and UK applicants, the legal basis for processing includes pre-contractual steps at your request, legal obligations, and Taktile’s legitimate interest in evaluating applicants.
If an application is unsuccessful, records are retained for 12 months after the recruitment process ends unless the applicant agrees to longer retention. Successful candidates’ data becomes part of their employment records.
Depending on the applicant’s location, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent.
Taktile uses automated tools to support screening, but no hiring decision is made solely by automation without human review.
Applicant data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, or Romania, with protection through Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards where required.
By applying, candidates confirm that they have reviewed and understood Taktile’s Applicant Privacy Policy. Questions about privacy or requests to exercise rights can be directed to [email protected].
