About the Role
Secretlab is a global gaming chair and ergonomic furniture brand used by more than one million people worldwide. The company serves major markets including the United States, Europe, and Singapore, where its headquarters are based. Its products are trusted by creators, professionals, and enterprises, and the brand has collaborated with names such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, and Riot Games.
This position sits within the Corporate Sales team and supports Secretlab’s growth in corporate B2B and real estate segments across North America, EMEA, the UAE, and APAC. The role is focused on leading sales activity, managing a capable team, and helping drive revenue through complex business-to-business relationships and large-scale workspace projects.
Responsibilities
- Coach and supervise a sales team so that both individual and group targets are met, working in close alignment with the Head of Corporate Sales.
- Put the corporate sales strategy into action and adapt execution to the needs of each market.
- Manage the full sales journey, including lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and support after installation.
- Handle conversations with key project stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, brokers, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
- Work with marketing, operations, and customer success to deliver smooth client experiences and customized workspace solutions.
- Develop durable relationships with design firms, developers, and enterprise clients across global regions.
- Monitor sales KPIs, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records and reporting in the chosen CRM or sales tools.
- Represent the brand at events, networking sessions, and presentations to strengthen market presence and confidence.
- Share structured market intelligence with the Head of Corporate Sales, including client needs, industry shifts, and opportunities for product improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years in sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership or people-management role, ideally within B2B or project-based industries.
- Demonstrated success in growing revenue and leading teams to surpass targets.
- Comfort using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, along with data-led reporting.
- Strong verbal and presentation abilities, with fluent English communication.
- Prior exposure to design firms, architects, developers, or corporate procurement teams will be an advantage.
- Well-developed project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle several major projects at once.
- Availability and willingness to travel frequently across global markets when business needs require it.
