About the Company

We are hiring a skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to strengthen a growing talent acquisition team. In this fully remote position, you will oversee the complete hiring process for high-caliber technology professionals across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps, data, AI/ML, and executive-level technical leadership roles.

The right candidate brings deep technical recruiting experience, a strong ability to build relationships, and a consultative style when working with hiring managers. This role is central to attracting exceptional talent, delivering a positive experience for candidates, and contributing to the evolution of the recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the hiring process from the initial intake discussion through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to clarify business goals, technical needs, and the qualities needed in the ideal hire.
  • Create sourcing plans to find both active and passive candidates through professional networks, job boards, referrals, outreach, and sourcing tools.
  • Recruit across a broad set of technical functions, including software engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, platform engineering, cybersecurity, data engineering, AI/ML, QA, technical product management, and engineering leadership.
  • Run detailed recruiter screens to evaluate technical capability, communication, culture fit, and long-term alignment.
  • Manage technical interview coordination while maintaining a smooth and positive candidate journey.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring requirements.
  • Handle compensation discussions and close candidates effectively in competitive hiring markets.
  • Guide hiring managers on market conditions, compensation expectations, sourcing tactics, and talent availability.
  • Monitor recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline strength, source performance, and offer acceptance.
  • Keep candidate information current and accurate in the applicant tracking system.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and represent the organization in online recruiting events and professional communities.
  • Improve recruiting workflows through automation, market insights, and data-led decision making.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience.
  • Successful track record hiring for software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps, and enterprise technology positions.
  • Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
  • Solid knowledge of current technology environments, including cloud platforms, software development practices, and infrastructure tools.
  • Ability to manage several open requisitions at once in a fast-moving setting.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and technical hiring managers.
  • Strong skills in interviewing, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Self-directed and effective when working independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred, along with recruiting for DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure as code, or security roles. Background in agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, or both is valued. Familiarity with fast-growing technology companies, recruiting analytics, and workforce planning is also useful.
