Role Overview
The Bellman will help create a welcoming first and last impression for hotel guests. The position involves managing luggage, offering guidance and support, and keeping the lobby and porte cochere neat and orderly. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests arriving at and departing from the hotel in a polite, professional manner.
- Handle guest luggage carefully, including delivery, storage, and retrieval.
- Support lobby door coverage and assist with transportation-related guest needs.
- Respond quickly to guest requests and work with other departments to ensure timely assistance.
- Stay aware of hotel events, VIP movements, and occupancy updates.
- Keep the lobby and porte cochere clean, organized, and properly staffed.
- Log guest feedback and service concerns in DR3 and follow them through as needed.
- Complete all assigned training and remain current on hotel procedures and programmes.
- Follow key control, safety, and security requirements at all times.
- Take part in daily briefings and departmental meetings.
- Contribute to a supportive, efficient, and positive team culture.
- Work with colleagues to deliver reliable, high-quality service.
- Support environmental efforts and corporate social responsibility activities.
Requirements
