About The Role
This role is based at our client's corporate premises in central Wellington. We are seeking a customer service professional to support our valued client sites, contributing to service functions with flexibility across Front and Back of House operations. Key duties include managing mailroom and courier services, performing general administrative tasks like document scanning, providing reception cover by greeting visitors, professionally handling phone calls, and delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. The position may also involve moderate to heavy lifting and ensuring site compliance with Canon and client Health & Safety standards.
About You
We are looking for a dependable team member who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in a frontline customer service role, demonstrating strong customer service skills and an understanding of delivering exceptional service. Essential attributes include flexibility to work between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, a full, clean, valid NZ Driver's Licence, high reliability, adaptability, and proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or administration. A very high standard of personal presentation, the ability to lift moderate to heavy items, a positive attitude, strong teamwork, excellent written and verbal communication skills, robust multitasking and organizational abilities, and adaptability to change with a focus on continuous improvement are also required. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is necessary.
