Service Driver

Role overview

We are hiring a Service Driver for the Fareham branch to cover the Southampton area. This position suits someone who enjoys being on the road, organising their own day, and delivering strong customer service. Previous experience is not needed, as full training is provided.

Pay and working pattern

• Basic annual salary: £26,655
• Expected on-target earnings: £27,500 per year, with bonus and commission opportunities
• This is a permanent, full-time role
• Usual schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• There may be an opportunity to move up to 48 hours per week in future, with a higher salary

What the role involves

You will travel between customer sites and service washroom products. The items you may handle include feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats. The job combines driving, physical work, and customer-facing service.

Key duties

• Visit multiple customer locations and service washroom hygiene products
• Load and unload units and floor mats, so a good level of physical fitness is important
• Keep the vehicle safe and roadworthy at all times
• Drive responsibly and follow safe driving guidance
• Represent the company in a professional manner and deliver excellent service to customers
