Role overview
The company is looking for a Servicedisponent (w/m/d) for its Halberstadt location as soon as possible. The role is full-time with 39 hours per week and is based onsite in Halberstadt, Saxony-Anhalt.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule employees in technical field service and internal service, including subcontractors, across multiple locations.
- Plan and allocate service requests in the IT and communications technology area.
- Arrange customer appointments for technicians and handle urgent incoming requests.
- Initiate escalation processes and follow them through until they are resolved.
- Ensure technicians are supplied with the necessary materials.
- Monitor service delivery and take on additional general administrative tasks.
Profile
- You have completed vocational training and bring a solid understanding of both technical and commercial topics.
- You already have several years of experience in resource planning or dispatching.
- You communicate clearly, handle conflict well, and work effectively in a team.
- You are self-driven and motivated.
- As a point of contact for customers, you communicate in a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic manner both by phone and in writing.
