Role Overview

This opportunity is for an experienced ServiceNow Developer who wants to accelerate their career while working on challenging projects and receiving guidance from senior architects. The role goes beyond routine development and is aimed at professionals interested in next-generation digital solutions. The position will be adapted to suit the candidate’s experience and depth of expertise within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a clear growth path from Developer to Consultant and Architect roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Develop catalog items, client scripts, UI policies, and solutions using Flow Designer.
  • Take part in delivery across multiple modules, including CSM, HRSD, and AppEngine.
  • Connect ServiceNow with external platforms through API-based integrations.
  • Work within Agile teams, present demos, and contribute to ongoing delivery improvements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should bring at least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. A strong command of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub is expected. The role requires CSA certification plus at least one CIS certification. Experience with one or more modules such as CSM, HRSD, or AppEngine is also important, along with prior exposure to Agile delivery environments.
