About the Role
High Rollers is looking for a Shift Leader to help keep service running smoothly at its lively bowling-and-entertainment venue in Banff. The setting combines food, drinks, bowling, pool, big-screen entertainment, and a high-energy late-night atmosphere with events, parties, and local DJs. The role focuses on making sure guests enjoy a great experience during busy service periods and special celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Shift Leader, you will support day-to-day restaurant operations alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. You’ll coordinate between front-of-house and back-of-house teams, help resolve guest issues, and ensure the floor is organized and ready for service.

This position is ideal for someone who can lead a team, stay calm under pressure, and contribute to a welcoming, fast-paced hospitality environment. The venue serves families, large groups, and late-night crowds, so flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Requirements
Applicants should have ProServe certification, prior serving and bartending experience, excellent communication skills, and a flexible schedule. A strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude are important. Previous supervisory experience is considered an advantage.
