About the Role
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Robin AI, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the cloud infrastructure and applications that power our sophisticated Legal AI platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement robust monitoring, incident response, and deployment strategies. Your efforts will ensure the high availability and reliability of our proprietary models and services, maintaining optimal Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for our worldwide clientele.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the high availability and scalability of Robin's systems.
- Implement and standardize observability practices across our service-based architecture using logging, tracing, metrics, and monitoring.
- Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure to support the expansion of Robin's product offerings into new geographical regions.
- Develop automation solutions for manual operational tasks.
- Partner with development team leads to enhance build, test, and deployment pipelines.
- Actively participate in and refine our on-call and incident management processes to guarantee 24/7 system reliability.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language, with a preference for Python.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services (e.g., ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda), managed via Terraform.
- Capability to troubleshoot issues across the entire technology stack, from the user interface to data storage layers.
- Familiarity with observability frameworks and tools, such as OpenTelemetry, Cloudwatch, and DataDog.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Prior experience with AI/ML infrastructure deployments is considered an advantage.
