Site Supervisor

Role Overview

A construction project is looking to bring on board an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day work at the job site and help keep execution aligned with plans, standards, and timelines.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in site supervision or construction site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities carried out on site.
• Make sure the work follows the approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Track site progress and help ensure tasks stay on schedule and meet deadlines.
• Promote and enforce HSE practices, including running toolbox talks.
• Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work moving smoothly.
• Organize and control manpower, materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Check work quality and confirm that standards are being met.
• Spot site challenges, technical issues, and delays, then work toward resolving them.
• Keep daily logs, progress updates, and inspection records up to date.
• Assist with measurements on site and tracking material quantities.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly site conditions.
• Share progress updates, concerns, and incident reports with the Project Manager.
• Support inspections and reviews conducted by consultants, clients, and authorities.
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations and project-specific requirements.

• The candidate must hold a valid Iqama with at least 3 months remaining as of 2026.
