Role Overview

K&A Engineering is looking for a driven and experienced Social Analysis Lead to support an MCC-funded project in West Africa. The position offers the chance to contribute to meaningful energy and utility initiatives while working with a collaborative, people-centered team.

Role Expectations

• At least 10 years of international experience in social impact assessment work and infrastructure project delivery.
• Background in World Bank-funded projects or other major infrastructure assignments.
• Deep working knowledge of IFC Performance Standards.
• A master’s degree in social science or a closely related discipline.
• Substantial professional experience in West African countries.
