Job description
Role Overview
This full-time, exempt in-office position is based in Washington, DC, with work required from DC office locations and, when needed, other offices or event venues. The coordinator will report to the EVP of Operations.
The Social/Creative Coordinator plays a key role in planning and executing marketing communications, with a strong focus on social media, advertising, and brand consistency. The role supports the brokerage and its agents by developing marketing and social media initiatives from the early idea stage through rollout and performance tracking. The Media Department serves as a strategic partner to agents, helping strengthen and elevate their marketing efforts.
Working closely with the Media Department and outside vendors, this person will help deliver a broad range of projects while maintaining alignment between the RLAH brand and the marketing and advertising materials created for agents.
Key Duties
- Serve as the main media-team contact for agents during onboarding and introduction.
- Plan, oversee, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Cover events in person specifically for social media content creation.
- Develop, launch, and refine new social media strategies both on your own and at management’s direction.
- Partner with the broader marketing team to secure the resources needed to maintain consistent quality and volume in agent marketing.
- Support teammates in delivering marketing services for agents.
- Build and improve systems that make team communication and workflow more efficient.
- Deliver high-quality client service so agent marketing becomes easier and more effective to manage.
- Place orders for marketing materials from various vendors as required.
- Support and service a client base of more than 500 customers.
- Manage projects from initial request through completion, including follow-up tasks.
- Work alongside designers, website specialists, and social media professionals.
- Keep pace with fast turnaround times and multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Take on additional tasks requested by management or leadership.
Requirements
- Excellent planning and organizational ability, with a very strong eye for detail.
- Strong people skills and the ability to work well with others in a flexible, team-based setting.
- Clear, polished communication skills in both written and spoken form.
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
