About the role

The Social Media Manager will shape and run the organization’s presence across major social channels, with the goal of strengthening brand visibility, improving audience interaction, and expanding follower growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and implement social media strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Develop, source, and oversee high-quality content adapted for each platform, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
  • Track platform trends, audience activity, and competitor actions to refine content and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to keep messaging consistent with the brand and campaign objectives.
  • Organize social media calendars, build campaign plans, and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Interact with followers, answer questions, and help foster a strong online community.
  • Compile monthly performance reports and share clear recommendations based on analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of social platforms, performance analytics, and current content trends.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Creative approach with strong attention to detail and visual presentation.
