Job description
About the company
STAN AI is an AI-powered assistant built for HOA and condo association property managers. The platform serves more than 20,000 communities and reaches 2.5 million homes across North America. The company has recently completed a Series A funding round and integrates directly with leading property management software such as Vantaca, CINC, Enumerate, eUnify, VMS, Caliber/FrontSteps, and Buildium. STAN has also received recognition from organizations including Rogers, FedEx, George Brown College, StartUp Canada, and the Waterloo Accelerator Centre.
Role overview
This position reports to the Head of Growth Marketing and owns STAN’s social media presence across all channels. The goal is to build a brand that becomes the most followed and most discussed name in the HOA and condo property management space.
The audience includes management company owners, community association managers, and professionals handling daily operations for communities. They are active on LinkedIn during work hours and tend to respond best to authentic, personality-led content rather than polished corporate messaging.
Key responsibilities
- Lead STAN’s content strategy and publishing rhythm across LinkedIn as the main channel, along with Instagram, Meta, and YouTube.
- Turn leadership perspectives, customer conversations, and casual insights into posts, comments, and short-form videos.
- Shape a brand voice that feels conversational, sharp, practical, and community-oriented rather than overly corporate.
- Plan and publish a consistent mix of content types such as text posts, carousels, short videos, polls, and behind-the-scenes updates, adjusting weekly based on performance.
- Create and edit short videos using tools such as HeyGen, CapCut, or similar lightweight production software.
- Participate actively in comments and direct messages on accounts already followed by target buyers, representing the brand in a genuine way.
- Review and share weekly performance updates covering follower growth, engagement, inbound messages, and demos influenced by social media.
- Identify trends, formats, and topic opportunities in the industry early and respond quickly with relevant content.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in a B2B environment.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates content you have created or accounts/pages you have helped grow, ideally on LinkedIn.
- Excellent writing ability with the confidence to ghostwrite in another person’s voice while keeping it authentic.
- Hands-on experience with short-form video creation, editing, or direction, even in a lean or scrappy setup.
- Comfort interpreting basic analytics and distinguishing meaningful results from vanity metrics.
- A well-formed perspective on what performs effectively on LinkedIn today, supported by examples.
- Nice-to-have: background in B2B SaaS or PropTech.
- Nice-to-have: a personal LinkedIn presence or experience growing another person’s profile.
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with property management, HOA, condo, or association management.
- Nice-to-have: experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or industry communities.
- Nice-to-have: daily use of AI-enabled tools and workflows such as Claude, ChatGPT, HeyGen, or CapCut.
- Nice-to-have: design sense for creating quick graphics and carousels in tools like Figma or Canva.
Benefits and perks
- Competitive compensation.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and specialist coverage.
- Company-issued MacBook.
- Free parking and shuttle access to the office.
- Additional paid time off around select US holidays.
- Company events, an in-office restaurant, and building-wide amenities.
- Unlimited ping pong and espresso.
