Role Overview

The Social Media Manager is responsible for shaping and running the company’s social media and digital marketing efforts. This role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, increasing engagement, bringing in qualified leads, and supporting business growth through strong content, targeted paid media, SEO improvements, and performance-led analysis.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company’s presence across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Build and update content schedules, observe market trends, and introduce fresh campaign ideas.
  • Interact with audiences by replying to messages, comments, questions, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Develop, refine, and publish content for social channels, blogs, websites, and newsletters.
  • Work closely with design and video teams to produce engaging visual content.
  • Keep messaging, tone, and visual presentation consistent across all digital channels.
  • Plan, launch, and improve paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Use budgets wisely to improve lead generation, traffic, and return on investment.
  • Apply SEO techniques including keyword research, metadata updates, and page optimization to grow organic traffic.
  • Run segmented email campaigns and review performance indicators such as open and click rates.
  • Test landing pages and ad copy using A/B testing to improve conversions.
  • Measure and report on campaign KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Share insights with management to support ongoing campaign improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, product, and design, as well as outside agencies.

Performance Measures

Success in this role will be assessed through follower growth, reach, engagement, lead generation, customer acquisition, website traffic, organic search performance, email campaign results, conversion rates, and digital ROI.

Work Arrangement

The position may be based in the office, remote, or hybrid depending on management’s decision. The role also requires occasional availability outside normal hours to manage live campaigns, events, or urgent social media issues.
