Role Overview
As a Solutions Architect for APAC, you will provide technical leadership and strategic advice to customer accounts while also contributing your expertise to the wider Solutions Architecture function. You will lead the technical pre-sales process by designing solutions, recommending scalable workflows and architectures, showcasing the TRM platform, and aligning technical stakeholders to help close deals successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery of TRM solutions for customers from a technical perspective.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor during discovery conversations.
- Design, build, and present proof-of-concepts, including validation of AI-enabled workflows.
- Explain TRM APIs and system architecture to clients, including implementation approach, timelines, and likely technical challenges.
- Develop trusted relationships with technical stakeholders at customer organizations.
- Keep up to date with product enhancements and underlying technical dependencies.
What the Role Requires
- Background in pre-sales or post-sales positions such as Senior Solutions Architect, Senior Sales Engineer, or Senior Customer Success Engineer.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Experience working with engineering and product teams to tailor API-based SaaS products at scale.
- Ability to write scripts in one or more of Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, along with strong task prioritization and attention to detail.
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to finding opportunities for improvement.
- Prior exposure to AI development or AI-supported, data-driven systems.
- Must be located in Singapore, South Korea, or Australia, as the role is tied to the APAC region.
