Sorter - Recyclable Materials

Overview

Scotia Recycling Limited is hiring a sorter to support the handling and movement of recyclable materials in a plant environment. This is an on-site role based in Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador, and the work must be done at the physical workplace with no remote option.

Experience

Applicants should have between 1 and less than 7 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, finished goods, and equipment around the plant by hand.
• Inspect and weigh materials and products.
• Support machine operators, assemblers, and other team members as needed.
• Carry out general labour and basic manual tasks.
• Keep machines and nearby work areas clean.
