Role Summary

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Spa Therapist. The person in this role will deliver a variety of spa and basic beauty services, such as facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and related cosmetology work, while meeting Beutics service standards and client expectations.

Key Duties

• Carry out professional spa treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
• Perform facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and associated beauty services.
• Consult with clients to understand their concerns, preferences, and treatment goals.
• Recommend appropriate services and treatments based on the consultation.
• Deliver all services in a safe, hygienic, and professional manner.
• Keep treatment spaces and tools clean, organized, and properly sanitized.
• Follow all cleanliness, sanitation, health, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of services completed.
• Handle bookings through the Beutics platform and manage client appointments.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer support in a digital booking environment.
• Suggest relevant add-on services or packages when suitable.
• Support repeat business and client loyalty through consistent service quality.

Required Profile

Applicants should have strong hands-on spa service ability, especially in facials and related treatments, along with the skill to adapt services to individual client needs. A background in cosmetology or beauty therapy is needed, plus practical experience with pedicures and similar nail care services. The role also calls for solid customer service skills, clear communication, empathy, and a client-first approach. Candidates must understand hygiene, sanitation, infection control, and general safety practices. Comfort with mobile apps or other digital tools for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping is important, as is reliable internet access. The ideal person can work independently, manage time well, and maintain professionalism in every interaction. Prior work in a spa, salon, wellness center, or similar setting is an advantage.

Qualifications

• A recognized certificate or diploma in spa therapy, beauty therapy, or cosmetology is required.
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, wellness center, or comparable environment is preferred.
