In this role, you will convert complex data into practical business recommendations, support commercial decision-making, and help create automated intelligence solutions and dashboards for leadership teams.You will work across technical and business functions, partnering with global stakeholders and data engineering teams while using tools such as Snowflake, DBT, GitHub, DOMO, and Sigma to deliver reliable insights in a fast-changing digital environment.ResponsibilitiesCreate and support competition intelligence solutions and regular business trackers that help monitor market performance and identify growth opportunities.Combine and align data from marketing, finance, and point-of-sale sources so that business questions are translated into analytical outputs.Work with corporate, regional, and local teams to understand requirements and deliver durable, high-value insight solutions.Manage the full data flow by checking data quality, spotting and fixing mismatches, and using GenAI to automate insights where possible.Partner with data engineering teams to pull information from cloud systems and develop scalable pipelines using Snowflake, DBT, and GitHub.RequirementsDegree in Engineering, Sciences, or Statistics, or an MBA.Hands-on experience with external syndicated market data such as Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI, along with point-of-sale datasets.1 to 3 years of experience in data insights or analytics.Prior exposure to client-facing or stakeholder-management work, including understanding business needs and forming hypotheses.Working knowledge of data transformation tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, DBT, and GitHub.Familiarity with visualization platforms such as Tableau, DOMO, Looker Studio, or Sigma.Strong ability to read, analyse, and visualise data effectively.Clear verbal and written communication skills for business interactions.Strong presentation and data visualisation capability.Preferred profileExperience building or contributing to automated insight solutions.Understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry.Previous work on competition intelligence solutions.Interest in trying new tools and methods.Good facilitation and project management abilities.Additional informationRelocation assistance is offered within the country.
