Job description

Role Overview

This position is for a senior project management professional based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on strengthening project delivery, supporting quality improvement, enhancing customer satisfaction, improving overall organizational performance, and contributing to Sehati’s strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of projects while helping improve service quality, customer satisfaction, operational performance, and strategic alignment.
  • Contribute to building the PMO structure and help run the PMO framework in practice.
  • Assist in planning and ranking projects, programs, and services according to business strategy and objectives.
  • Carry out approved project and program plans and ensure execution stays on track.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status updates and reports.
  • Provide day-to-day support to project managers and delivery teams in carrying out project activities.
  • Help monitor projects so they stay within budget, satisfy stakeholder expectations, and deliver intended outcomes.
  • Support project oversight to ensure work is completed to Sehati standards, within approved scope, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Prepare and manage PMO-related documentation, including project creation, development, execution, risk tracking, reports, and presentations.
  • Implement departmental plans and KPIs while ensuring alignment with internal audit observations.
  • Track project performance measures regularly and report status to the PMO Director as needed.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and handover of department projects.
  • Help monitor departmental performance and KPI attainment.
  • Maintain the risk register and work to reduce project risks.
  • Support internal and external communication related to projects.
  • Help define project scope and objectives.
  • Ensure the resources needed for successful delivery are available.

Competencies

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and industry best practices.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to keep multiple projects moving and meet deadlines.
  • Capability to allocate and manage resources effectively across different initiatives.
  • Sound project governance judgment with the ability to apply and enforce methodology standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is required.
  • A master’s degree in business or an equivalent field is preferred.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience is required.
