Role summary

This full-time, on-site driver role involves handling scheduled pickups, checking vehicle readiness, moving parcels safely, and maintaining professional communication throughout the delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Go through the route manifest before pickups so the correct items are collected from each customer within the assigned timeframe.
• Carry out a pre-departure inspection of the vehicle.
• Ensure parcels are loaded and unloaded carefully to avoid breakage, leakage, or loss.
• Update the supervisor promptly if traffic or other route-related issues cause delays or raise concerns.
• Maintain respectful and effective communication with both internal teams and external parties.
• Follow all company safety requirements at all times.
• Prepare and complete the paperwork needed for each pickup.
• Escalate any incorrect pickups to the supervisor.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers, including wearing appropriate attire.

Requirements

• A valid Class 4 driving licence is mandatory.
• Willingness to work a 5.5-day work week.

Compensation

The monthly pay range for this role is S$2,800 to S$3,700.
