Role overview

The position involves helping with service delivery across restaurant and event settings, assisting in the arrangement and dismantling of banquet spaces, and ensuring that hygiene and service standards are consistently upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Support food and beverage service in restaurants, banquets, and event setups.
• Help prepare banquet halls, buffet arrangements, and service counters before use and restore them after service.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests.
• Keep dining areas, service sections, and tools/equipment clean and orderly.
• Adhere to cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene rules set by the organization and relevant regulations.
• Work with kitchen and service teams during busy periods whenever support is needed.
• Handle and store service ware, utensils, and related equipment carefully.

Skills and experience needed

• Prior exposure to food and beverage service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and people skills.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to learn while supporting the team.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
