Role overview
As a Stock Assistant in Cahir, you will play a hands-on part in keeping the store running smoothly each day. The position involves handling deliveries, replenishing shelves, supporting shoppers, and helping maintain a friendly and inviting store environment. It is a fast-paced, team-based role where every colleague contributes to a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver courteous and efficient service to customers throughout the day.
- Replenish stock promptly and display products neatly so the store looks its best.
- Inspect incoming deliveries and product condition, and remove any items that do not meet Aldi quality expectations.
Skills and experience
- A helpful, approachable manner with a genuine willingness to assist both customers and colleagues.
- Confidence working quickly to replenish products and maintain strong availability on the shop floor.
- A dependable, adaptable approach and a positive attitude in a busy retail setting.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous, but it is not required.
